DELIVERY-TIME FRAME

  • Upon placing a Cash on Delivery order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Octa Vitals Customer Service Department to ensure order accuracy and confirmation. Once your order is confirmed, it will be forwarded to our warehouse for shipping.

  • All products require 2–3 working days for delivery.

  • Customers will be informed via email or phone if there is any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or product-related issues.

  • There are no delivery charges on orders above AED 250. However, customers will be charged AED 30 as delivery fees on orders below AED 250.
