How to File for a Refund
To request a refund, please email your:
Order number
Product name
Proof of purchase/payment
Reason for requesting a refund
Our customer care team will contact you shortly after reviewing your request.

To proceed, the product must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
π© Steps to File a Refund Request
Contact our customer care team via email.
Provide your order number and proof of payment (receipt).
Submit your complaint/reason for requesting a refund with any relevant evidence.
β Eligibility Criteria for a Refund
A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:
1. Excessive Delays
If delivery exceeds the estimated delivery timeline and no acceptable updated delivery is provided.
2. Out of Stock
If the product becomes unavailable and cannot be restocked.
3. Approved Returns
If you have filed for a return, and it was approved and received at the Natures Line warehouse.
(Shipping, courier, or customization charges are non-refundable.)
4. Exchange with Remaining Balance
If you exchanged a product for another and there is a refund balance owed to you, we will issue the remaining amount as a refund or store credit.
5. Post-Delivery Issues
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Proof (photos/videos) must be provided within the next 24 hours.
Once approved, you must share a return shipment receipt within the following 24 hours.
6. Payment Issues
Refunds cannot be issued after a made-to-order product has entered production (typically after 48 hours of order confirmation).
β Non-Eligibility Criteria for Refund
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Violation of Care Instructions
Including but not limited to:
Product washed or dry-cleaned
Stitched, altered, or tailored
Worn or tried on
Stained, bleached, or chemically treated
Shrinking or fabric damage due to mishandling
Missing Proof
No proof provided within required timelines.
Return Receipt Delay
Failure to provide return shipment proof within the required window.
Tampered Packaging
Products with opened, damaged, or tampered packaging at the time of receipt.
Price Adjustment Requests
Refunds cannot be issued for price changes after a sale.
Change of Mind
Refunds are not provided for:
No longer needed
Changed mind
Didnβt like the item after opening
Order placed by mistake
No technical defect
Advance Payments
Advance payments for:
Custom-made
Personalized
Bridal/couture
are non-refundable.
Active Chargeback
Refunds cannot be issued if a payment dispute/chargeback is in progress.
Out-of-Stock After Prebooking
If a prebooked item fails quality check or cannot be supplied, a refund will be issued within 30 days.

Refunds are processed within 14 to 45 days, depending on the payment method.

π΅ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders are refundable only if the customer accidentally pays twice (once in advance and again upon delivery).
This must be reported within the refund eligibility window.
π³ Paid Orders
Refund requests must be submitted within the allowed timeframe, with full proof.
Our Refund Manager will respond within 5 business days regarding approval or rejection.
π§΅ Partial Payments (Custom/Bridal Orders)
If the order has entered production, 50% of the paid amount may be deducted as production and labor cost.
π Pre-Booking Orders
Refunds are allowed only before dispatch.
Once shipped or delivered, refunds cannot be issued.
π Ready-to-Ship Orders
Refunds apply only if reported within the allowed time and supported with proper proof.
π¨ Made-to-Order / Customized Orders
Not eligible for refunds once production begins.
Custom products are not refundable or exchangeable under any condition.
π¦ Out-of-Stock Orders
If supply is suspended due to production issues or unavoidable delays, a full refund will be issued.
