However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help through our transparent return process.
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
We accept returns or exchange requests under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Wrong Product: If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item.
- Timeline: The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Product Condition: Due to health and safety regulations (DRAP & International standards), returns are only accepted if the product remains unopened, unused, and with the original seal intact.
2. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
To maintain hygiene and product efficacy, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products with a broken or tampered safety seal.
- Items purchased during “Flash Sales” or “Clearance Discounts.”
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
3. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Assurance team:
- Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Method: Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5-7 working days.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
