What Are Prebiotics?
Prebiotics are healthy, non-digestible food ingredients that stimulate the growth and activity of healthy bacteria in the colon. Their structure is generally composed of indigestible carbohydrates (oligosaccharides & polysaccharides), peptides and proteins, as these ingredients undergo bacterial fermentation in the colon, providing energy and nutrients for the proliferation of probiotics as well as contributing to the growth of the intestinal mucous membrane.

What Are Probiotics?
Probiotics are living micro-organisms that produce beneficial health effects.
